• UC Dining Services – Living labs & product development/consumer acceptance opportunities for services catering up to 21,000 students
• Regional Capacity – panel discussion on the network of incubators, biotech research park developments, large scale contract bioprocessing facilities in close proximity and in partnership with UC Davis
